Overview of the onboarding process


There are four main phases in the onboarding process to become an nbn FibreOne Managed Service Provider (MSP):


Step 1 - Commercial Onboarding

Includes validated onboarding information​, credit and conflict of interest assessment, and Standard Form of Access Agreement (SFAA) execution.

Step 2 - Product Onboarding

Includes nbn FibreOne product positioning​, sales enablement resources​, and targeted customer and development scenarios​​.

Step 3 - Technical Onboarding

Includes technical solution overview, installation standards, and product testing.

Step 4 - Operational Onboarding

Includes operational processes, ongoing relationship management, and service assurance​.

 

 



What to expect from the process


The four phases outline what it takes to become an nbn FibreOne MSP, helping you understand each step of the onboarding journey.

This process can take at least two months and will require dedicated resources from your team across a range of domains (technical, legal, and operations) to onboard successfully.
